FAQs

  • How long does the course take?

We suggest setting aside an hour a week to spend time on the course but you can choose how much time and how often is best for you.

We recommend spacing the course out over a three-month period, you don't want to rush. You can even spread it over six months. You can always return to any of these processes throughout your life.

  • How long does each module take?

The modules are self-paced. You can take as long as you like. It depends on your pace.

The modules are not created equally – as you progress the processes deepen and there are more of them, for example module four has a lot of content. I would take this one slowly and do it as it feels right.

  • Do I have to have any experience to do the course?

No, you just need your willing heart and an open mind. Your body knows how to do this.

  • Will I experience strange things on this programme?

We sure hope so! Although they will be naturally strange, we are natural beings and these activities are just helping you remember and reconnect.

  • Can I do the programme with friends?

Yes, that would be amazing, lets know if there is a group of 6 or more of you. We'd be happy to arrange group discounts.

  • Do you have the course in other languages?

Sadly not yet, but hoping to have it in Spanish by the end of the year – let us know if you can help with any other languages.

  • What is the Global Human Tree Forest?

This is the result of a movement to get all of us connecting with a tree, look in the workbook for a long and detailed answer, but please come join.

  • Will there be other opportunities to grow and learn after we finish the programme?

Yes, we will be offering a range of offerings for you to continue to deepen – mastery courses, in-person online offerings, and facilitator training. Plus cards, products and many other things.

  • Do you support other environmental programmes?

Yes! We support Million Meter Streams, here in New Zealand. With every course purchased a tree is planted and cared for. If you have any ideas on programmes we should support, let us know. We also love to support environmental activists – please get in touch if you would like to connect with us.

  • Does it matter what country I am in?

No, you can do this from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. We love having a community from all over the globe.
